Inquiry mapping logic has been developed to distribute ECTN Air Game leads equitably based on agreements made between ECTN partners:
- Placement Agencies, DCS and Volunteer organizations will be mapped by zip codes where a presence exists within 60 miles of the zip code
- DCS will use the ECTN inquiry form on their website – directing all DCS leads to the network pool to be distributed amongst all matching agencies (including DCS)
- In addition to Zip Code, both foster and volunteer inquirers will answer questions during the CX process that may disqualify organizations from serving them – removing the organization from the round robin distribution for that lead
- Foster inquirers will be given the chance to select the org that best matches their profile (zip code + disqualifying questions answered). If they don't have a preference on who to be matched with the CX team will assign the lead based on which organization is due for a lead assignment in the round robin rotation.
- Volunteer inquirers will be given a list of opportunities available to them in their county and will be encouraged to select a volunteer engagement opportunity that interests them. The will then be matched with the best org(s) in their area based on their interest, location, and disqualifying answers.
For both foster and volunteer inquiries, the CX team will ask a set of screening questions to fill out the inquirer’s record and disqualify any orgs from assignment based on low-quality matching.
- Disqualifying questions for foster inquiries are:
- Identify as Christian
- Attends religiou
ns services - Is single / straight married couple
- Will serve children with complex needs
- Will serve children in a specific age range
Disqualifying questions for individual volunteer inquiries are:
