How To Submit A Data Update Request

Some of the information passed to you via the Portal will be read-only.  If you come across read-only information that you believe is incorrect and needs to be updated, you can submit that request via the portal to the ECTN team and they will update the information on their end – visible to you within 1-2 business days.  


Instructions to submit a request to update data


Step 1: Login to the Portal

  • go to Leads > Ready Now Leads  or Leads > Volunteer Leads


Step 2: Click on the lead’s name in the table to access all details for that record


Step 3: In the record details view, click the button “Contact Us



Step 4: You will be directed to our Help Desk.  Click “Submit a Ticket



Step 5: Fill out the ticket to share with us which fields need to be changed in the portal and click "Submit".  This information will be updated in the portal within 1-2 business days.
