What is Lead Score?

Modified on Fri, Aug 2 at 4:08 PM

Lead Scoring allows us to assign scores to inquiring community members based on information about their demographics and their expressed willingness to serve children with particular backgrounds and needs.

The Lead Score is based on the degree to which a particular inquiry matches the needs highlighted by the gap analysis results.

The charts below illustrate the Lead Score translation to stars and the Inquiry fields that correspond to scores in Tennessee.
