How to Reassign a Record

You have the ability to remove a record from your Portal view and send it back to the ECTN team by selecting the “Re-Assign” button within the record detail section.  Here you can recommend an action the ECTN team should take on the record as well as include any contextual notes that would be helpful for them to know as they determine the next steps in handling the record. 


Note: Taking this “Re-Assign” action on the record will remove it from your organization’s portal view.


Instructions to reassign a record


Step 1: Login to the portal, go to Leads > Ready Now Leads   or Leads > Volunteer Leads


Step 2: Click on the lead’s name in the table to access all details for that record


Step 3: Click the “Reassign” button



Step 4: Select a reason for reassigning the lead from the dropdown options


Step 6: Click “save changes”
