Access all leads assigned to your organization from the ECTN Air Game marketing efforts

Instructions to access volunteer leads

Step 1: Login to the portal using the credentials issued to you by The Contingent. 

Step 2: Click “Leads” on the top navigation bar and select the type of leads you are trying to access (Volunteer Leads)

Step 3: Volunteer Leads will be organized across five tabs:

• All Leads:All leads “Assigned” to your organization from the ECTN Air Game marketing efforts – no matter their lifecycle status
  

• Assigned: These are new leads that have had no updates made by anyone in your organization

• In Progress: These are leads your organization has made contact with and/or completed a background check on

• Volunteered: These are leads your organization has logged volunteer activities with – meaning the lead has engaged in some sort of volunteer activity with your org and you have added that information to their record.
  

• Closed: These leads were closed for a variety of reasons, but are not able to volunteer

Step 4: Click on any lead in the table to access all details for that record
