When leads have completed their CX engagement and have been assigned to the organization best suited for their interests, the CX team will introduce the community member and the receiving organization via a warm email handoff.
At this point, the community member is feeling apprehensive?. They have mixed feelings of “what did I get myself into?” and also feelings of determination to serve children and families. Immediately upon assignment, both the community member and receiving org will receive an email introducing them to each other.
- The organization(s) receiving the newly assigned lead will receive an email giving them high level information about the lead, and will direct the organization to login to the portal to access full information there.
- The community member will receive the email as an introduction to the organization they have been assigned to along with an explanation of the next steps in the process.
Network Partner’s Role: Commit to prompt lead engagement after the warm hand-off so the lead doesn’t go cold post-CX Guide engagement.
