How to Place a Foster Lead on Hold

Partners will have the ability to place leads on hold and indicate in an open text field the reason why the lead was placed on hold.  This would be done if a lead needed to pause the certification process with the intent of picking up the process at a later date.  Placing a lead on hold will remove it from the certification workflow funnel and place it on the "on hold tab in the portal.  you can take a lead off of hold at any time.  


Instructions to place a foster lead on hold


Step 1: Login to the portal, go to Leads > Ready Now Leads


Step 2: Click on the lead’s name in the table to access all details for that record


Step 3: In the record details view, click the button “Place On Hold”



Step 4: In the pop-up window there will be an open text box where you can type in a reason you want to place the record on hold.  



Step 5: Be sure to click “Place on Hold” to save all updates to the record.
