Partners have the ability to take leads off hold to resume the approval process with them.  Taking a lead off hold will place it back in the lifecycle status it was in prior to it becoming on Hold (either Assigned or In-Progress) and it will be moved to one of those lifecycle status tabs.  You can take place the lead back on hold at any time.  

Instructions to take a foster lead off of "Hold"

Step 1: Login to the portal, go to Leads > Ready Now Leads > On Hold tab view

Step 2: Click on the lead’s name in the table to access all details for that record

Step 3: In the record details view, click the button "Re-activate from Hold"

Taking a lead off hold will place it back in the lifecycle status it was in prior to it becoming on Hold (either Assigned or In-Progress) and it will be moved to one of those lifecycle status tabs.  

You can take place the lead back on hold at any time.
