There are certain fields you will be able to update as you nurture a lead towards volunteerism.
Instructions to update a volunteer lead
Step 1: Login to the portal, go to Leads > Volunteer Leads
Step 2: Click on the lead’s name in the table to access all details for that record.
- At the bottom of the lead detail page there will be a table showing all organizations able to make updates to this lead.
Step 3: A window will open showing editable fields that you can update on this record:
- Initial follow-up date
- Background Check completion date
- Status of record (volunteered, no response, just had questions, not a good fit, referred, etc.)
- Inquiry Closed Date (only used if a lead needs to be closed and moved to the "closed" tab)
Step 4: Be sure to click “save changes” to save all updates to the record.
