How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket

In this article, you will find how to submit a ticket using our help desk for Every Child Tennessee.


Instructions to submit a ticket


Step 1: Navigate to everychildtn.freshdesk.com

  • Find the Submit a Ticket button either in the middle of the screen or on the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Fill out the form

  • Be sure to include the email address that is connected to your organization.
  • Please use the organization name that you used to register as a partner with Every Child Tennessee.
  • Please include as many details as possible so we can assist you quickly. Including screenshots and the link of the issue or question you have are also very helpful to find a solution for you.

Step 3: Find your confirmation email in your inbox

  • If you have any updates to share with the agents handling your ticket, you can simply reply to the email.


You may also submit a Help Desk ticket by simply emailing help@everychildtn.org. This is a great option if you are on the go or working from multiple devices.


Step 4: Receive updates on your ticket

  • Keep up with the status of your ticket and communicate with our help desk agents by replying to the email thread.
